I have just performed a pirouette in our crowded communal kitchen at work and not a soul noticed it. It was a far from graceful pirouette and was no doubt technically flawed, but it was a pirouette nevertheless. I could continue and claim that this activity was in some way empowering, cleansing my soul for the coming working day. I could attempt to pusuade others to replicate this incident at their place of employment. In doing so, I could attempt to make some witty remarks with the intention of making this story more interesting for the reader, but I won’t.

However, it did lead me to consider corridor gymnastics. I like the idea of corridor gymnastics, but then I also like the idea of polar exploration. Let’s face it, I am unlikely to indulge in either of these activities, regardless of their appeal, and if I did they would almost certainly lead to my demise.

	I am sure that having seating areas occupied by non-paying customers is very annoying for any food provider. However, entering into a treaty with The Empire and employing Stormtroopers to protect your patch is a bit over-the-top.
Unfortunately, Jnr did not respond to the warnings and was promptly detained by one of the Stormtroopers. As you can see the Stormtrooper prepared his blaster as I protested.
	But, there is always a hero, someone who can get you out of a scrape like this. On this occasion, it was Iron Man, thank you Iron Man!

I'm going to see the college principle this afternoon and in typical weazle style I've managed to dribble Star Bar onto my white shirt. I reckon I should abandon asking her why I always get overlooked for promotion as the answer is sitting on the right side of my shirt. I could get another Star Bar at lunch and try to make it look like a pattern, again I think I've just answered my own question.

Calling all like-minded lovers of sweets! Who remembers Aztec bars?

I have the following Aztec Bar facts

They were made by Cadbury to rival the Mars Bar
They were launched to coincide with the 1970 World Cup
They came in purple wrappers
They were a bit like Double Deckers

Please correct any of these facts, if they are wrong and please, please send me some more. I'm hungry for Aztec Bar facts.

EXPO was brilliant! It was great to see internetsdairy again after many, many years. Jnr loved the London underground, although he is naively unaware of “tube etiquette” as he asked the man sat next to him if he could play on his PSP. The man seemed a bit shocked by the request, but handed it over and Jnr happily played on it from Kings Cross to Bank. There is another EXPO in October and if you enjoy seeing young people dressed up as Transformers, Daleks, Star Wars characters or Manga characters then you really should go along. One bit of advice that I would give, and no doubt internetsdairy would agree, is get your ticket in advance, the queues were horrendous.

The debate currently being argued in the land of the GiantWeazles is:

No matter how many tents you have (I have two), you still need a tepee (especially when they are half price from Argos).

Mrs GiantWeazle disagrees quite strongly but is facing fierce resistance from Jnr and myself. Once we win this debate, the next one will be, “is a 12 person tepee a bit too big for our needs?”

Wow, has it been that long since I wrote a post?

A brief catch up on the past 3 months or so ....

I am now the 18th best Yu-Gi-Oh player in Nottinghamshire.
The weazles are now officially at war with Jnr's school.

It's not much, I know.

Anyway, I'm taking Jnr down to London for the "Expo" - Manga exhibition on Saturday, is anyone going?

We have another Jnr, Jnr 2.0. Jnr 1.0 already adores and admires his younger brother as one of his first acts, just after crying, was to do a poo on a nurse. That's quite a start to life in this world. Mind, he didn't want to come out in the first place and need a forceps delivery. Forget rendition flights, this is the real torture happening under our noses, they looked like the instruments of death. I was quite happy to watch the misses get cut open when the first was delivered, but I couldn't watch that.

Do you remember, ages ago, I wrote about painting the walls in Jnr's bedroom? Well I've finally got round to taking some pictures.

Still no new baby, pleny of constipation, but no baby. There's a big inflatable ball (not a reference to Mrs GiantWeazle) in the living room that appears to be following me around like a scene from The Prisoner.
